NGC 6992 The Veil Nebula
The Veil nebula is a supernova remnant located in the constellation Cygnus. It has 3 seperate components, NGC 6992, NGC 6960, and NGC 6979. NGC 6992 is the brightest of the three.
This is a composite of two 60 minute exposures on hypered Kodak PJ400 film. They were made with my 8" f/4.25 Newtonian.
