NGC 2903
NGC 2903 is a barred spiral galaxy in Leo. It has nice symmetry as do most barred spirals. Two very faint arms radiate out from the spiral and the bar is seen at an almost vertical perspective in this image.
This is a composite of two 60 minute exposures on hypered Kodak PJ400 . They were made with my 12.5" f/7 Newtonian.
