IC 405 and IC 410
These emission nebulas are located in the winter milky way constellation Auriga. IC 405, right in this image, is also known as the Flaming Star nebula because the blue reflection nebulosity around the variable star AE Auriga looks almost like flickers of flame.
This image is a composite of two 60 minute exposures on Kodak E200 film and were photographed through my Takahashi BRC 250.
